A stage. Echoed footsteps. Polite applause. An entrance.

We place importance on first impressions because all we want is to be loved.  But I'm not here to impress. I'm not going to lie to get you to like me.  I'm not going to sugarcoat my bitter words.  I won't change to meet your expectations of me.  I am who I will always be.  I'm not here to impress.  I'm here to speak the truth.
